Woodies was conceived three years ago when Jamie, step-son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, had a heart attack and was ordered by doctors to make some drastic lifestyle changes  - including quitting smoking. Forced to turn his back on his Rock ‘n’ Roll lifestyle, Jamie began a journey towards health, wellbeing and satisfaction - hoping on the way to fill the void left by his 20-a-day habit!

Jamie finally found what he was looking for on a business trip to the States where he enjoyed the relaxing effects of pure cannabidiol for the first time - what he describes as a “life-changing event”. What is CBD?

If you already take CBD you are certainly not alone. Its popularity has soared since the MHRA classed it as a medicine and therefore legal in 2016 – and there are now around 300,000 users in the UK (3).
